The Wikkerinks have two farms, one where 30 cows are milked, and the second where 55 are milked. Keeping numbers relatively low makes for pleasant chores. They consider the health and productivity of their soil as their priority since it is what grows that feeds the cows, produces the milk that results in the cheese made on site.
